When will my order be shipped? 
The time of the day and the day of the week determine when the item will ship. Typically, your order will ship within the next two-business day.  
 
All orders are shipped via expedited post, ensuring that the parcels are insured and guaranteed. Canada Post Expedited Parcel service delivers within the Greater Vancouver Area, in 1 to 2 business days, regionally 2 to 4 business days and 4 to 8 business days nationally.  
 
Once we've shipped your order, we'll email your shipping confirmation with the ship-to-address you requested and a tracking number. To view the delivery progress of your order, please visit the Canada Post website.  

How much does shipping cost within Canada?

We appreciate your business with us and so we offer you subsidized shipping. We charge a "flat rate" for shipping which generally covers most orders up to 6 pounds.  
 
Heavy or overly large items will be charged actual ship rates. You will be informed of this before your order is sent.

Flat rate in Canada is  $9.00 up to 6 pounds 
 
Shipping to United States 
United States orders will be assessed the actual shipping cost and will be sent Expedited Parcel rate. If any Duties or Customs fees are charged, they are your responsibility. Please allow extra shipping time. Your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders. 
 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship anywhere internationally. Actual shipping charges will apply and orders will be sent Postal Air (if available) with insurance. Taxes or duty from your government are your responsibility.

Do we Back order?

If an item is not in stock we will send you an email with an estimated delivery time and you can decide if you want to leave it on back order.

Are taxes included in your prices?

No, Canadian residents will need to add 5% GST to their orders and British Columbia orders you will need to add the 7% PST.

What is your return policy?

We will be happy to take back any product that is defective from the manufacturer and replace it as long as it is in it's original packaging. However we do not accept returns on Pens, Paper, Adhesives, Magazines & Idea books or CDs.
